A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months as a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in Seoul Western District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Western District Court”) and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 30, 2015.
