A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence as referred to in Articles 55 through 58 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has worked in the station of the E operation of the D in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu.

No person shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep in custody, or sell pseudo petroleum products.

The Defendant resided in the above gas station and worked as a gas station at the above gas station at ordinary level from F in charge of the management work, and was supplied with approximately KRW 8,000 literss at one time using GS-day tank vehicles at night every two to three times a week, and received a proposal for transferring the same to the above oil reservoir underground oil storage tank.

From February 16, 2012 to February 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was supplied with similar gasoline mixed with other petroleum products, such as hydrocarbon inducement solvents, and other petroleum products, such as luene, luene, and merton, from the numberless vehicles operated by the persons on the front side of the I.S. on the roads of the I.S., the Defendant: (b) stored the said vehicle as a gas station; and (c) stored similar gasoline mixed with other petrochemicals; and (d) stored the said vehicle as a gas station by driving the said vehicle as a gas station and moving similar gasoline into an underground oil storage tank; and (e) stored and transported the same amount of approximately KRW 16,00,000 at the market price of KRW 72,00,000 by means of moving similar gasoline to an underground oil storage tank.

Accordingly, the defendant stored and transported pseudo petroleum products.
