1. Defendant C, Defendant D, and the remaining designated parties are not less than 12,793 square meters of F forest land at the time of strike to the Plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Land assessment 1) On June 15, 1918, G was registered as the owner of the forest land in the Forest Survey Book prepared by the Chosun-gun, the Gyeonggi-gun, with respect to the information on 1.29 forest land in FY-gun, and the forest land was registered as owned by G on June 15, 1918. The said forest became 12,793 square meters of forest land in Fanju-gun (hereinafter “the instant forest”).
B. Registration of preservation of ownership and inheritance 1) On December 28, 1966, the registration of preservation of ownership of the forest of this case was completed in the name of H, I, J, and G, from No. 7235 on the receipt of the senior registry office for senior branch court of the District Court of Jungyang-do on December 28, 1966 (hereinafter “instant registration of preservation of ownership”).
(2) On June 25, 1981, the J succeeded to Defendant C’s transfer of ownership on the grounds of the above inheritance on July 15, 2014.
H As of April 6, 1997, the Defendant (Appointed Party) succeeded to H, and L, M, N, andO inherited H. On September 3, 200, the I succeeded to P, Q, R, R, S, and T as of September 3, 200. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 14, 2017 due to each inheritance as above.
3) The Intervenor joining the Defendant Company C, the Defendant (Appointed Party) D, and the remaining designated parties (hereinafter “Defendants”).
(3) On November 28, 196, the Defendants’ appeal and final appeal were dismissed, and the said judgment became final and conclusive. On December 14, 2017, the Defendant’s supplementary intervenor’s ownership transfer registration was completed on the ground that “the title trust termination of November 23, 2017,” with respect to the entire shares of the Defendants out of the instant real estate was “the title trust termination of November 23, 2017.” (C) Meanwhile, the Plaintiffs’ inheritance was inherited in the order of V and W when the Plaintiffs died when the accurate date is unknown, and W was dead on September 28, 1968, and the Plaintiffs inherited W.
