Defendant

A (50 years of age) and victim B (52 years of age, female) are legal married couples.

On July 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed the Defendant’s desire on the ground that the victim returned home at a church late, and (b) expressed that “I will knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife,” and (c) expressed a knife knife with two knifes in the kitchen and knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife, and threatened the victim with fear of “I will not open the door. I knife knife knife.”
