A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 1985, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of one year, for a short of ten months, for a crime of larceny at night at the Seoul Central District Court on November 30, 1985, for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Changwon District Court on September 24, 2004, for a crime of larceny at the Sungwon District Court on April 7, 2009; eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the course of floodon April 27, 201; one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul High Court on March 20; on June 13, 2014; and on June 14, 2016, the Defendant was finally and conclusively sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a one year and one year from the execution of the sentence on July 14, 2016, respectively.

"2017 Highest 2323"

1. On May 17, 2017, around 15:03, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance which was previously administered by the Victim D, prior to the office managed by the Victim D at Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do; and (b) opened the entrance without correction; and (c) went into the wind that could not detect stolen objects.

2. On May 17, 2017, around 15:10 on May 17, 2017, the Defendant opened a closed door in front of the G Desertion located in the Namyang-si in Gyeonggi-do, and entered into the open door, and subsequently stolen KRW 5.10,000 in cash owned by the victim H.

1. On May 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate in front of the (ju) design AS factory container decline in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si; and (b) entered into the open door; (c) and then, (d) KRW 60,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,0000,000,0000, owned by the victim, was located in the rear part of the J, respectively.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

2. On May 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a L plant office and a boarding house located in K in Gwangju-si in front of the general house in front of the ordinary house in the Gu of Gwangju-si; and (b) entered into the entrance, and had been on the books of the office.
