Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the D representative in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, who is a full-time worker and has operated a service business.
The defendant shall work in the above workplace from April 1, 2008 to August 23, 2009.
Retirement allowance of retired E 1,093,500 won and from June 20, 2004 to August 29, 2009
The retirement allowance of retired FF was not paid KRW 11,262,050 in total, 10,168,550 within 14 days from the date of retirement, which is the date of occurrence of the cause for the payment, without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date.
