Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, is the user who operates the automobile maintenance business using five regular workers. The Defendant did not pay KRW 12,309,370 of D retirement pay from October 11, 2006 to December 5, 2010, within 14 days from the time when the cause for the payment occurred without agreement between the parties to the contract on the extension of the payment date of money and valuables.
