The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of the grounds for appeal;

A. C. The Defendant’s assertion related to AW in Paris, as the place where the Defendant’s statement about the CA was transported from CA to Korea in France or purchased AO pictures, is difficult to believe even in light of the CA’s statement or the AW’s statement.

Even in light of BW or Z’s statement, the court below rejected the complainant’s statement and acquitted the Defendant on the grounds that the complainant’s statement was erroneous.
