1. Basic facts
A. The current status of the transfer of ownership of APP 21 group report (the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list of real estate; hereinafter referred to as “the forest of this case 1”) in Q Q 21 group report (hereinafter referred to as “the forest of this case”) in racing, AJ, AJ, AK, AL, AM,N, AO, and AP (hereinafter referred to as “the title holder of
(2) On November 20, 1917, AR completed the registration of ownership transfer on the AJ shares (1/8) out of the forest land No. 1 of this case on March 11, 1938, following the assessment of 1/8 shares in each of the instant forest land on November 20, 1917.
3) On September 11, 2009, Defendant AD completed the registration of ownership transfer relating to AP shares (1/8) among the forest land of this case on April 25, 1950. Defendant AE and AF completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the inheritance of Australia on April 25, 1950. Defendant AE and AF on January 18, 2010, half of the shares of AR (1/8) among the forest land of this case on January 18, 2010, respectively, on December 20, 1969.
5) On July 7, 2010, Defendant AG and H completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the inheritance of Australia, which was December 18, 1941, half of the shares AO (1/8) among the forest land of this case in the instant case on July 7, 2010.
1) On November 20, 1917, AL, AM, AJ, and AP (hereinafter referred to as “second-party 2”) completed the registration of initial ownership on March 4, 1938, after receiving the assessment of shares of 1/4 regarding forest land No. 2 in this case on November 20, 1917.
2) On March 11, 1938, R completed the registration of ownership transfer for the above AJ shares (1/4) out of the forest land No. 2 of this case on March 11, 1938. 3) Defendant AD completed the registration of ownership transfer for the PP shares (1/4) out of the forest land No. 2 of this case on September 11, 2009.
4) On January 18, 2010, Defendant AE and AF registered the transfer of ownership arising from the inheritance of property due to the division on December 20, 1969 among the forest land No. 2 of the instant case.
