1. Defendant G, H, I, J, K, L, and M each of the annexed drawings 1-7 and 1 of the annexed drawings among the 6,347 square meters of forest land in Chungcheongnam-nam-do.

Reasons

Basic Facts

1) P on November 17, 193, 193, the forest land of this case is owned by P. 6,347 square meters (hereinafter “the forest of this case”).

(2) On October 10, 193, R completed the registration of initial ownership as to the shares of 2/6 of the forest of this case on the same day, and completed the registration of initial ownership as to the shares of Q and R on the ground of partial sale on October 14, 1961. 5) On October 28, 2003, Defendant L completed the registration of transfer on October 27, 2003 with respect to the instant forest shares (T, U, V,Y, and Z shares in whole) (T, U, V, Y, and Z shares) due to donation on October 27, 2003.6) As of now, the instant forest land co-ownership relationship is as indicated in the annexed Table 1.
