Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Jeonju District Court's Gun mountain support on June 12, 2008. On April 15, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of six million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same court.

On June 24, 2014, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven a c 150c motor bicycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.090% from a 500-meter radius from the front day of the YYK to the front day of the mountain timber located in the same Sinsanbuk-dong.
