Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works in the house of the victim C (n, 37 years of age) of the Suwon-si District B with a domestic helper.

At around 18:00 on July 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent out of the victim’s house with his family; (b) known that the victim was out of the house and was living together with his family; (c) opened the entrance door and intruded into the house by using the victim’s access card; and (d) cut off the victim’s failure inside the house; and (c) cut off the victim’s property by taking off the precious metal amounting to 4.78 billion won at the market price of 1.5 million won in the market price stored in the house; (d) two KK 1 points for each bru month of 1,500,000 won in the market price; (e) one point for each 1.8 K K K car per month of 1,430,000 won in the market price; and (e) three 1,000 won in the market price of 4.55 billion won in the market price.
