2. 피고인은 2016. 3. 23. 오후경 전북 완주군 E아파트 1 03동 703호에 있는 피해자 F의 집에서, 가사도우미로 일하던 중 그곳 안방 서랍장 안에 있던 피해자 소유의 시가 150만 원 상당의 24K 순금목걸이(5돈쭝) 1개, 시가 150만 원 상당의 18K 목걸이 및 반지 세트 1개, 시가 50만 원 상당의 14K 목걸이(5돈쭝) 1개를 몰래 가지고 가 이를 절취하였다.
