1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

(a) Project approval and announcement 1): A comprehensive maintenance project (hereinafter “instant project”)

2) Business area: A public notice given by Gosong-gun C Group C (hereinafter “instant Business Area”): A project operator on March 3, 2014 (Public notice D) approving the implementation plan of the instant business on March 3, 2014: Defendant

B. The subject matter of expropriation by Jeonnam-do Regional Land Expropriation Committee (hereinafter “instant expropriation ruling”) on May 12, 2015: 2,858 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) owned by the Plaintiff, Jeonnam-do, Jeonnam-do.

(2) Compensation for losses on June 26, 2015: 60,030,600 won as of July 15, 2014, the date of commencement of expropriation: An appraisal corporation listed in the attached Table 1 (af appraisal corporation, a substitute appraisal corporation for an appraisal corporation, and an appraisal appraiser for a ruling; hereinafter referred to as “adjudication appraiser”).

(c) The Central Land Tribunal rendered an objection on September 17, 2015 (hereinafter “instant objection”) on the basis of the arithmetic mean of the respective appraisal results.

(1) Compensation for losses: 62,889,200 won increased to 62,89,200 won; 2) An appraisal corporation based on the appraisal report stated in the attached Table 1 as of May 12, 2015, which was the date of the instant expropriation ruling (Korean Appraisal Board, Uniform Appraisal Board, and hereinafter “appraisal for appraisal of objection”).

(d) on the basis of the arithmetic average of the respective appraisal results of the court: 65,461,940 Won 2); the court shall calculate the unit price of KRW 22,000; d) the appraiser F (G Appraisal Office; hereinafter referred to as “court appraiser”) of this Court.

(C) As of May 12, 2015, the amount of compensation shall be calculated by calculating the unit price of 22,900 won, such as the court appraisal column in attached Table 1 attached hereto (based on recognition) as of May 12, 2015.
