Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 8, 2014.
1. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, around 13:48 September 19, 2013, the Defendant driven a Bchip XG car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 1 km section from the front of the French-dong, Daegu-dong to the French-ro in the same Dong-dong to the front of the Bchip in the same Dong-dong.
2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) operated a lutoToluth road in the Daegu East-gu Blue-ro Blue-ro, Daegu-gu, and led the lux XG car to proceed from the Elue Port Lease to the third Alue Blue Blux.
Since there are lots of roads, in this case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by checking the front, rear and right side well.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not discover the suspension of the victim C's car driving prior to the same direction as the Defendant, and did so, due to the negligence, the part of the victim's driver's driver's driver's driver's driver's driver's driver's left corner of the front driver's car.
After all, the Defendant damaged the car above to the extent that the above amount of 616,930 won is equal to the repair cost due to the above occupational negligence.
