Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court on September 12, 2007, and on February 26, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On April 7, 2012, at around 12:30, the Defendant driven a car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 60 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.175% from the section of approximately 60 meters to the roads adjacent to the amamamamy in the same Ri, from the roads adjacent to the common road located in the Pamynam-si, Yang-si.

1. The circumstantial report on the driver and the report on detection of the driver;

1. Previous records of judgment: Application of inquiry reports on criminal records, etc. and investigation reports (a copy of summary order attached) Acts and subordinate statutes;

1. Articles 70 and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

The punishment as ordered shall be determined by taking into account all the sentencing conditions stated in the records of this case, such as the Defendant’s age, character and behavior, environment, motive, means and consequence of the instant crime, and the circumstances after the instant crime, etc., and the fact that the Defendant had been punished several times for drinking driving, the high drinking value of the instant case, the Road Traffic Act was amended, the punishment for drinking driving has strengthened as a result of the amendment of the Road Traffic Act, and his mistake has been divided.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
