A shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000 won, and a fine of 2,00,000 won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On the Internet website “C”, “C” was established by F, who is the child of the DI E pastor and G in the divorce lawsuit, and G, who is an operator, was posted on the said website if he/she sent to G’s e-mail address a letter that was abused by E pastors under the pretext of widely notifying the substance of E pastors, and that the irregularities of E pastors were widened.

1. Defendant A had a complaint against E to think that his marriage has been broken down due to E by a person who married with E, a member of the Diplomatic Association, who was married with F, but divorced.

The Defendant posted a notice on the above website around April 16, 2019 to the general public, revealing the same purport as written in the No. 5 List of Crimes, and revealing that many people of the victims’ reputation and images to the victim’s reputation through an information and communications network from April 27, 2019 to May 4, 2019.

2. Defendant B is the believers of the D church.
