A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1 through 19 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2018, the Defendant, “2018 Godan3132,” abused the fact that there is no particular control over the access of apartment MDF (main ship) to the apartment MDF room in the case of a telecommunications equipment engineer, and attempted to steals the apartment MDF room in a disguised manner into B repair engineer, or disguised it into a telecommunications equipment engineer, such as C, and then cut off the contact board for the contact with the telecommunications equipment installed therein.

Accordingly, at around 10:00 on July 23, 2018, the Defendant visited the Do apartment management office in Ansan-si, Ansan-si with a b repair technician, and conducted as if he was a B repair technician, and after intrusion into the DoF office of the victim E management in the above management office, the Defendant removed and stolen a 50,000 chip board which was attached to the communications facilities within the above MDF office using the tools such as drack and spner, etc. prepared in advance.

From that time until September 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the structure of the victims by the same method 57 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 1, and stolen KRW 221,00,000 from that time; and (b) stolen KRW 10,550,000.

On July 2018, the Defendant: (a) abused the fact that there is no specific control in the access to the main line room of apartment MDF (main line) in the case of a telecommunications equipment engineer; (b) pretended to be “B” and disguised into “B” repair engineer or disguised into a telecommunications equipment engineer of “C”, etc.; (c) invaded into the apartment MDF room; and (d) attempted to cut off the contact board of telecommunications equipment installed at that place.

Accordingly, at around 10:40 on August 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) visited the F apartment management office in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and carried as “B” repair engineer; (b) intruded into the MDF office of the victim G management in the above management office; and (c) used the equipment installed in the above MDF office using the equipment installed in the equipment installed in the above MDF office using the tools, such as the Raber and spner, etc. prepared in advance.
