1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 700,000,000, and 6% per annum from March 15, 2013 to September 18, 2015, respectively, to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
In fact, on April 12, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a design service modification contract (hereinafter “original design contract”) with the DongmbC Co., Ltd. The contract amount of KRW 35,500,600, KRW 1,500,000, KRW 1,596,100,000, KRW 1,750,000, KRW 1,756,000, KRW 1,750,000, KRW 1,451,000, KRW 175,000,000, KRW 175,60,000, KRW 145,60,000, KRW 140,000, KRW 175,60,000,000, KRW 145,10,000, or KRW 145,00,000 (general provisions) of this contract shall be prescribed in Article 9-2 of the Building Act and the scope of the certified architect services and price standards (hereinafter referred to as “price standards”) pursuant to Article 23 (1) of the Certified Architects Act;
The period of performing design service under Article 2 (Period of Service) shall be from February 2, 2007 to the date on which the provision of services is completed.
In such cases, the date the service is completed shall be the date the approval for provisional use or the approval for use is completed.
Article 3 (Scope of Services) The scope of services to be provided by an architect to the owner of a building shall be the duties of preparing the basic design drawings, the working design drawings, and other design drawings (including any minor modification of design) necessary for the execution of construction works.
