A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On July 21, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car on July 21, 2013, and led to the driving of the said car to the Jeju-do road near the D top of the Gangwon-do Military of Seoul.

The location is a bend road with a Svise and at night, so there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by reducing speed and accurately manipulating the steering and operating the steering system.

Nevertheless, by negligence that did not reduce speed and properly operate the operation of the operation system, the Defendant shocked one previous week installed on the right side of the operation direction with the front part of the said vehicle, and caused the electric wires to be used for the said vehicle, thereby causing the roof of the F in the vicinity to be destroyed.
