Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a wing and cargo vehicle B.

1. On April 27, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven the above-wing and cargo vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.245% in blood alcohol concentration on April 13, 2019, and led the Defendant to drive the above-wing and cargo vehicle along the 1006 local road located in 903, Haan-ri, Haan, Cheongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-

At that time, since there was a road repair work in front of the road, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by returning the front door properly to a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle, reducing the speed, and passing through the construction section.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and found the victim C(30 years of age)'s D-Wz car, which was reducing the speed in line with the receipt by the construction work-related parties, at the front of the road by negligence, without reducing the speed, and received the said D-Wz car as the front part of the cargo vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, did not properly look at the front side while causing injury to the victim C, such as salt and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim E (V, 29 years of age) who is the passenger E (V,) for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. Around 13:02 on April 27, 2019, the Defendant driven the above-wing truck while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.245% of blood alcohol content from the 1km section to the G cafeteria road located in the F of Busan Cheong-gun, Busan, to the same military H road adjacent thereto.
