A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported cases.

[2018 Highest 2339] On July 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported the Defendant’s 119-report on the roads of Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, on the roads of 00:30, 2018, on the grounds that the police officer arrived at the late time; and (b) made it difficult for the Defendant to bring about approximately KRW 107,00 of the repair cost by getting off two-times between the right-hand side of G Abdop patrol vehicle belonging to the Daegu Western Police Station C District of the Daegu Western Police Station, on the roads of 119.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.
