A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

From July 201, the Defendant, while working as an associate professor in the department of nursing D University, has been working for the victim D University from around July 201 to the date of the implementation of the research project, as the responsible researcher or joint researcher for the research project requested by the D University or the government department (hereinafter referred to as the “industry-academic cooperation foundation”) and has been in charge of the implementation of the research project.

A victim industry-academic cooperation foundation shall give orders for research tasks from each ordering agency, such as the Government Department, to enter into relevant contracts, manage project funds, and enforce project funds if the responsible research institute claims the payment of research expenses, such as personnel expenses, expert advisory fees, and meeting expenses, along with documentary evidence. The Defendant is responsible research institute of "E" (from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 201), "F" received from the Korea Research Foundation on or around September 2012 (from September 1, 2012 to August 31, 2012), "Research Institute of Research and Development" (the research institute of which the research institute received from the Korea Research Foundation as if it were the largest research director, the research institute of "G" received from the Korea Research Foundation, or the research institute of which was paid as part of the research expenses under the name of the research researcher's participation in the research project or of the research researcher's participation in the research project, as if it were the research director's participation in the research project.
