Punishment of the crime

1. On October 22, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of October 22, 2017, within the D golf course located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., Ulsan-gun, for the victim E (53 years, women) (hereinafter referred to as "Sulsan-gun, U.S., U.S., Ulsan-gun) to build up 12 new units of electric power supply housing in a place beyond 000 square meters. As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and immediately received 10 million won from the damaged party to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in F’s name as the borrowed money.

2. The Defendant who committed the crime of December 16, 2017, around December 16, 2017, is to pay the victim KRW 2 million with KRW 10 million borrowed from the victim on the street in front of the above DD golf course, on the street before December 16, 2017.

3. The Defendant committed the crime of December 22, 2017, in a coffee shop, where it is difficult to know the name in front of H in Ulsan-gun G around December 22, 2017, the Defendant provided the victim a full payment of KRW 10 million to the president of the D golf course, if he/she loans KRW 5 million to the president of the D golf course, he/she would be provided with the money that he/she borrowed with the money that he/she received at least 15 days after the payment of the time limit.
