1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won;

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2008, the Defendant was punished by a fine for a violation of road traffic laws at the Busan District Court on August 20, 2009, and at the Daegu District Court on August 20, 2009, for two or more times as a crime of violation of road traffic laws.
