A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was elected as the president of the Partnership on January 30, 2002 and was elected as the president of the Partnership on September 22, 2005 through five D (E, B,F, G, and H) Integrated Partnership on September 22, 2005, and was elected as the president of the Partnership on March 13, 2019.

1. No one shall offer, declare an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, entertainment, other property benefits, or a public or private job to any elector, his/her family member, or any institution, organization, or facility established or operated by the elector, his/her family member, or any of his/her family members, for an election campaign using his/her status, and no executive or employee of the union

On February 2, 2019, at around 17:00, the Defendant provided KRW 500,000 in cash, stating that “I would like to have a head of a cooperative more than once” to the elector K on the second floor of “Jcar Pa Paf” located in Gyeongbuk-do I. It would like to help. I would like to give a good talk about B around. I. Do.”

B. Around 10:00 on February 4, 2019, the Defendant provided that “I will well request an election. I will receive gifts from Maart. I will do so.” On the same day, I provided L with one small gift gift set equivalent to KRW 100,000 of the market price from E employeeO to E employeeO, and from February 1, 2019 to February 7, 2019, the Defendant provided 23 voters a total of KRW 230,000,000,000,000 to 23 electors, such as the list of crimes in attached Form (1).

Accordingly, the defendant provided 24 persons with cash 50,000 won and 2.3 million won for the purpose of election campaign, and carried out an election campaign by taking advantage of the status of the head of the association.

2. Money and other valuables for congratulationss or condolencess at a ceremony of coming-of-age, marriage, funeral and ancestor worship, funeral and ancestor worship, or other congratulations or condolences at the expense of the agricultural cooperatives violating the restriction to offer money and valuables.
