Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2013, at around 01:39, the Defendant driven a 30km motor vehicle from the street in front of the Kanpo Complex located in the Tanpo-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Namdong-gu, under the influence of alcohol with a 0.0% alcohol concentration of blood.
