Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 8, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle C-A-A-D motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 20km from the front of the construction site near the building site near the building site in the Dongwon-gun, Jeonwon-gun, Dongwon-gun, to the front road of the six km-si, Seocheon-si, 1230, from the front of the construction site to the six km-si.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a CAD car.

On December 8, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license as set forth in paragraph (1) of the said car at around 18:00, and led the six Gun intersections in front of the 1230-ro 1230 Sinpo-si from the Ginsung Ginseng Association to the intersection.

Since there is a cross-section where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care for those engaged in driving of a motor vehicle to live well in the front and left, and to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely in accordance with signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and received the back part of the front part of the passenger car operated by the victim D (20 ) who turn to the left from the 6th line from the king to the 6th line in accordance with the Madar F, which was due to the negligence of the red stop signals without the driver's license of the vehicle, with the right part of the front part of the vehicle of the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, from the above occupational negligence, the victim E (the victim E (the victim 29 years old) who was a passenger of the foregoing military forces, for approximately 2 weeks of treatment, a string and a string around the snow in need of approximately 2 weeks of treatment.
