A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has worked as a mother park manager.

1. On February 20, 2012, at the 1st floor guide room of the Domoel located in Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, the fact was obtained from the victim E (the 33 years old), who was employed as the parking manager as the defendant, even if he received money as a stock investment purpose, such money was used as the Defendant’s debt repayment and living expenses, etc., but it was the victim’s false statement to the effect that “I considered a large amount of profits by making an investment in the real securities, and I would like to make an investment, I would like to return money. I would like to receive 3,900,000 won from the victim as a stock investment purpose for the same day, from that time to August 31, 2012, and acquired it by transfer of KRW 17,120,000 in total over 13 times in total.

At the same place as the preceding paragraph of the Korean War on March 2012, the fact reveals that, even if the credit card was used by the above victim, the above victim did not have an intention or ability to repay the credit card price, and that, despite the fact, the above victim’s lending the credit card to B, “If the credit card was lent to B, it would be possible to pay the credit card price without any mold, and if there is a large amount of the usage of the credit card, it would also increase the credit rating ofp, and use it would also be higher.” The credit card was drawn up by three credit cards, such as Samsung Card, Hyundai Card, and National Card, in the name of the victim, from March 22, 2012 to May 25, 2012, the victim acquired property profits equivalent to the above amount by using the credit card equivalent to KRW 9,117,38, in total on 43 occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes (2) in the attached Table.
