1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won;

2. Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 12:55 on May 14, 2016, the Defendant driven a C D D dump truck and driven a nearby the construction site of the Cheongju-gu Cheongju-gu Cheongju-si, Cheongju-do, and it became unreasonable to change the lane from one lane to two lanes due to road construction, and escape without immediately stopping the said D dump truck and without taking necessary measures, even if it damages the repair cost of KRW 568,700 to the repair cost and immediately stops.

① The instant accident place is one lane running along a two-lane, and there is no one lane as a construction project.

The victim's dump truck proceeds two lanes, the defendant's truck proceeds in one lane, and the truck driven ahead of the victim's dump truck, avoiding contact with the victim's dump truck at almost every other place in the accident location of this case, and is overtaking the victim's dump truck.
