Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a dump truck, and the victim C (55) is a person driving a Dump truck.

On January 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on three-lanes in front of the street as in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) on the dump truck operating a dump truck on the north port side, the damaged person, who has driven along four-lanes in the front of the dump truck; (c) on the victim’s vehicle, who was going straight straight on the two-lane by using the said dump truck, cut the dump truck, approaching the dump truck to the direction of the vehicle parked on the three-lane road; and (d) continuously, the damaged person changed the dump truck to the two-lane line to overtake the Defendant’s dump truck; and (d) on the other hand, the damaged person, who tried to change the dump truck to the dump truck and applied the dump truck to the dump truck to the right to left the vehicle by leaving the dump vehicle at the front.
