The amendment of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings to reduce the statutory interest rate by 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings to 15% per annum, and the amendment to the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the same Act was enforced from October 1, 2015,
