1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 78,473,344 as well as KRW 76,955,32 as to the Plaintiff from June 25, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The amendment of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings to reduce the statutory interest rate by 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings to 15% per annum, and the amendment to the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the same Act was enforced from October 1, 2015,
