1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment for four months with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) in the Gwangju District Court's branch on September 16, 2013, and whose sentence has become final and conclusive on November 14, 2013 and is still still under suspension of execution.

2. Defendant B
(a) No person shall transfer or acquire a means of access;
Nevertheless, the Defendant provided and transferred KRW 2,50,00,00 from A, the means of access, such as the date, time, place, and place described in Paragraph 1-B(b).
(b) No person may transfer or acquire a means of access.
