1. Basic facts

A. On January 25, 2005, the Housing Redevelopment Project Establishment Promotion Committee (hereinafter “instant promotion committee”) entered into a design service contract for multi-family housing (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”). The main contents of the instant service contract are as follows.

Article 1 (Scope of Services) The scope of services entrusted to B by the Promotion Committee of this case (the instant company) shall include the design documents and substitute design documents necessary for the implementation of redevelopment projects as the services of the basic design and shop design documents prescribed by the basic design, remuneration standards, and other related Acts and subordinate statutes.

The scope of design to be performed by B shall be as follows:

1) Preparation and submission of application drawings related to authorization and permission for implementation of redevelopment projects, and subsequent design, general design, preparation of drawings for basic design, and preparation of drawings for implementation drawings (including all construction, structure, electricity, machinery, fire fighting, civil engineering, landscaping, and design of septic tanks) (2) preparation and submission of construction specifications, various calculation statements, volume calculation, and specifications (for reporting commencement) preparation of design for implementation of redevelopment projects (3) preparation and submission of application drawings related to authorization and permission for implementation of redevelopment projects; 4) preparation of construction plans for designation of rearrangement zones and urban planning-related project implementation plans (4) 5) preparation of construction plans and construction plans for implementation of project implementation, 6) preparation of complex construction drawings, and construction of complex model (for the purpose of deliberation of urban planning in Incheon Metropolitan City), and design service period under Article 2(1)

(Completion Design Services shall be ratified by the Residents' General Meeting during the operating period of the Promotion Committee. Article 3 (Delivery Books) (1) - Three copies of the project implementation authorization: At the time of application, three copies of the office building staff, five copies of the office building staff at the time of completion of authorization: 2 copies of the office building staff - three copies of the office building staff - three copies of the office building staff, and two copies of the account statements and specifications.
