1. The defendant G shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;
2.Provided, That this ruling shall have become final and conclusive.

1. Defendant G is the J of the Korean Metal Trade Union under the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation, and Defendant A is the C of the Korean Metal Trade Union under the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation.
2. Criminal facts;
A. In general traffic obstruction (i.e., Defendant G, A, jointly with participants in assemblies, such as K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, with approximately KRW 700,00 of the union members who participated in the preceding assembly from around 09:10 on January 14, 2012 to the right after the north of the Schill distance of the Marine Corps Three-distance dormitory in the Marine Corps from around 09:59 on the same day to around 10:10 on the same day, Defendant G, A, while driving ahead of the two directions of both motor vehicles from around 09:59 to around 10:10 on the same day, had arbitrarily occupied the two-way lanes of the two-way direction of both motor vehicles, and went through a road from around 2nd of both motor vehicles.
B.
