Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on a cement packing road located in D and E in the width of five meters wide; (b) informed the Defendant of the dissatisfaction that vehicles in the field of freezing warehouse construction work nearby the said road pass along the said road; and (c) on the road, the Defendant obstructed the passage of the road by stockpiling steel structures and arms, etc. on the said road to prevent the passage of the said vehicle.
