1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,494,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 23, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff is an individual entrepreneur engaged in gold-type manufacturing business under the trade name of “C,” and D was engaged in gold-type manufacturing business under the trade name of “E.”

B. According to the D’s order, the Plaintiff supplied goods by cocoa processing from March 2014 to September 2015.

C. The remaining amount of the Plaintiff’s goods from August 2014 to September 2015 is KRW 44,494,000.

D died on December 3, 2015, and as a property inheritor of D, the new beneficiary and the defendant have renounced inheritance.

Therefore, the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 4,494,00 won with 15% interest per annum from the day after the copy of the complaint of this case is served to the day of complete payment.
