Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2014, at around 22:44, the Defendant smoked a cigarette under 302, which is the Defendant’s residence in Geumcheon-gu, Busan. Although the cigarette butts should be disposed of in a safe place, due to the negligence of not properly extinguishing the cigarette due to the smoke of alcohol, the fire remaining in the beginning of the cigarette butt was moved to a bet lease at that time, and the fire was moved to the entire 302 room of the above Curmoe.

Ultimately, the Defendant, who is the owner of the above C’s business, destroyed the above C’s room 302 worth KRW 16,035,000.
