1. Details of the disposition;

A. On October 14, 191, the deceased B (hereinafter “the deceased”) who is the Plaintiff’s spouse is a person who was enrolled in D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”) and worked as the head of E branch business.

B. On February 19, 2016, around 10:53, the Deceased, at the first floor of the F hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul and was used to sit in the stairs. The security personnel reported to the 119 emergency squad and sent back to the G hospital, but died.

C. On November 3, 2017, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to pay bereaved family benefits and funeral expenses on the ground that the deceased’s death constitutes an occupational accident. However, on February 26, 2018, the Defendant confirmed that the deceased’s injury and disease (in accordance with the physical examination report and autopsy report on the deceased, hereinafter “the injury and disease of this case”) was confirmed.
