The Defendant is a driver of a vehicle B in the Allied test.

On January 2, 2016, at around 00:02, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters in 0.152% in her blood alcohol content in front of the office at the pressure level located in Gyeongsan-si.
