A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 25, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of 01:00 on alcohol level of 0.146% during blood transfusion, driven a B Spoon vehicle with a pressure level of 75-lane 2 at the university at the university at the time of vision at the time of vision, led the Defendant to drive the B Spoon vehicle at the speed of 0.146% at the university at the time of vision at the time of longitude along a four-lane from the Jinnam-Nam University at the high pressure level.

As above, Defendant 1 driven in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and Defendant 2 suffered the left-hand complex, such as the left-hand complex, which requires a two-day medical treatment, from the victim E for about two weeks.

2. Defendant 1 driven the said vehicle at the above time, at the same place, and while under the influence of alcohol 0.146% in blood, the said vehicle was driven at a university located in the vicinity of the shooting distance of the Foreign Exchange Bank located in the Jin-Eup at the time of vision, up to about 10km away from the pressure level of 75-2, to the university at the university located in the vicinity of the shooting distance of the Korea Exchange Bank located in the city of Min-Eup.
