1. The summary of the facts charged is a university student who was in the second year of C University.

On February 15, 2013, at around 13:15, Gwangju-si, Nam-gu, 106 Dong 1303 (E building) access from the Internet London T&P games to AdiF, and posting a notice "AdiG" and "H" called "h" on the bulletin board of the free debate, and “psh” in the same manner as written in the list of crimes committed in annexed hereto.

2. The judgment is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the victim can be recognized as having withdrawn the complaint on March 11, 201, which is after the prosecution of this case.
