[2019 Highest 6119] Around June 3, 2018, the Defendant, even if receiving the price of the goods, wanted to purchase “Kakakakkki Baki Baki Baki Baki Baki Baki Baki Ba” on the bulletin board of HI even though there is no intent or ability to sell the goods, and made contact to the victim and acquired it by transfer from the victim to the D account in the name of the Defendant.
