A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2, 2012, around 08:15, the Defendant was able to find the victim E (the age 22) who was drunk while driving a Dyststa taxi on the front line of the Heung-gu Heakdong-gu Crok-si Cro, and was able to find out the victim E (the age 22) who was seated next to the said main point and to rape his female, and her female was killed in the said taxi.

From around that time to around 13:34, the Defendant detained the victim for about five hours by taking care of the victim from the above place to the front side of the JJ middle school in Sejong-si, Cheongju-si, the F apartment underground parking lot, Dong G shooting distance, the same Gu H, and Chungcheongbuk-gun I, etc., in order to prevent the victim from getting out of the taxi.

2. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant attempted to rape the victim, who was under the influence of alcohol at the rear seat of the said taxi at around 11:06 on July 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) set up the said taxi in order to rape the victim; (b) took the bucks and clothes of the Defendant’s bucks; and (c) went beyond the rear seat from the driver’s seat to the buckbucks; (d) while the victim took the bucks and fucks of the victim with her chests and her chests, the Defendant attempted to rape the victim after suppressing the victim’s resistance; (b) however, the victim did not resist the victim, such as the bucks, and did not commit an attempted rape.

3. The defendant is a person engaged in driving the above taxi.
