A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2020, at around 02:41, the Defendant: (a) was in dispute with the victim C, a place of work, in light of the computation of the drinking value; (b) when the victim took a bath to the Defendant; (c) when the victim was able to take the head of the victim; (d) when the victim’s face was taken with his hand; (e) when the victim’s head head was taken up with his hand; (e) when the victim’s face was taken up with his hand; and (e) when the ice, which is a dangerous object, was taken up on the floor with his hand; and (e) when the ice, which is a dangerous object, was cut down on the floor; (e) when the victim’s body was cut back to the inner part of the victim; (e) when the victim took up his face; and (e) sealed the victim’s face to the right part of the dangerous plastic object; and (e) sealed the victim’s face to the victim’s face; and (e) sealed the victim’s face to the victim’s face.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
