A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2017, at the main point of "C" located in Gangnam-si B around 02:45 on September 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol the victim D (at 20 years old); (b) was fluencing the victim’s head twice by drinking; (c) fluencing the victim’s head on one hand; and (d) cut the victim’s head on 17 occasions with a steel spoke, which is a dangerous object on the table table; (f) six times the head of the victim’s head was flucated; and (f) was flucing the victim’s head on one occasion with a blue bluc; and (f) was fluced with a small main disease, which is a dangerous object on the table, five times the victim’s head was fluced.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous articles and carried about about two weeks of treatment to the victim, the head of the family in need of treatment.
