Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor on March 18, 2016 by the Daejeon District Court on March 18, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on July 18, 2016, and was in total four times of violent crimes.
Around 20:00 on November 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol together with the victim D’s houses in Asan-si C apartment, E, etc.; and (b) when doing a horse dispute, the Defendant: (c) was making a prompt progress; (d) was faced by E’s head with the said TV screen; and (e) was damaged by E’s head at the wind, which was stuck up to the said TV screen; and (e) was damaged by the said TV set up by 32, the market price of the victim’s possession was 650,00 won.

1.
