1. Defendant D and the Korean Licensed Real Estate Agent Association shall jointly cooperate with the Plaintiff, KRW 16,608,170, and KRW 22,000 to Plaintiff B.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The relationship between the parties 1) Defendant D is the real estate agent who runs the real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” at Asan City; Defendant E is the real estate agent who runs the real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in Seo-gu Daejeon, and Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”).

(1) The term “mutual aid agreement” means a mutual aid agreement entered into between Defendant D and the parties to a transaction on April 23, 201 to April 22, 2012 with the term “10,000,000,000,000, and with the term “the amount of mutual aid” as “the amount of mutual aid from November 28, 201 to November 27, 201; and the term “the amount of mutual aid” as “the amount of mutual aid from November 28, 2012 to November 27, 2013,” respectively; and the term “the amount of mutual aid from Defendant D and E” as “the amount of mutual aid from April 23, 2011 to April 22, 2012, where Defendant D and E bears liability for damages caused property damage to the parties to a transaction by intention or negligence, the term “mutual aid agreement” means a mutual aid agreement entered into with Defendant D and E to compensate within six days after receipt of the cause for payment.

B. With respect to Plaintiff A and B’s claim, Plaintiff A’s Multi-Family Housing (hereinafter “Asan Multi-Family Housing”) held between H on July 26, 201 through the brokerage of Defendant D and H on July 26, 201.
