1. The defendant

A. (1) Of the 15,137 square meters of the Dowon Hongcheon-gun, the respective points are indicated in the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 1.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 4, 2007, the Plaintiff, as the owner of Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do (hereinafter “instant land”), concluded a consignment agreement with the Korea Rural Community & Agricultural Corporation and the instant land, setting the number of farmland usage consignment agreement from October 4, 2007 to October 3, 2017, and entrusted the Korea Rural Community & Agricultural Corporation with the management of the instant land, such as the selection of the user, loan for use, etc. by transferring the instant land to the Korea Rural Community & Agricultural Corporation.

B. In accordance with Article 5 of the above farmland use consignment agreement, the Plaintiff, a truster, designated the Plaintiff’s model Defendant as a user and had the Plaintiff cultivate the instant land.

C. The Defendant shall display 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 on the ground of this case: (a) the portion of each of the said 671m2, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 6 in the order of 370m2, 13, 14, 16, and 13 of the same map; (b) the portion of each of the said 37m2, connected to the said 46m2, the portion of each of the said 44m2, connected to the said 34m2, the area of each of the said 44m2, connected to the said 3m2, the area of each of the said 3m2, the area of the said 4m2, the area of the said 4m2, the area of each of the said 3m2, the area of the said 4m2, the area of the plastic greenhouse connected to each of the said 3m2, the area of the said 36m25m2, each.
